James has extensive knowledge of financial markets with over 20 years experience in investment banking as a consultant developer and software architect in front office roles for bulge bracket banks. Notable career highlights include creating Trade IQ, a complete trading management package (previously known as Lighthouse – Rolfe & Nolan, now rebranded as Finacle Treasury by Infosys). Lighthouse was widely used by large banking clients such as Credit Suisse and Deutsche Bank.

Deeyana is a tech entrepreneur with a background in professional futures trading​ with 11 years experience working for different companies as a systematic trader. In recent years she has turned her focus to creating mechanical trading systems for Blahtech and helping other traders develop their skills through highly structured university-style courses.
